Technical audit of contracts and agreements in the urban drinking water sector - Ivory Coast
Context
Access to drinking water and improvement of the quality of service is one of the main objectives of the National Development Plan 2016-2020 of Ivory Coast.
The Government of Ivory Coast wishes to assess the functioning of the urban water sector and the implementation of contractual and institutional arrangements through a technical audit, along with recommendations to improve the efficiency of the sector and facilitate its regulation.
Objective
The objectives of this technical audit are as follows :
- To carry out the diagnosis of the functioning of the contractual framework and the role of the actors
- To carry out the diagnosis of the economy and the performance of the sector
- To make proposals for the improvement of the sector
Our contribution
