For over 20 years, Espelia and its subsidiaries have been advising public decision-makers in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and international donors, on the design and implementation of public policies and development projects.
This component of our activity has grown significantly in recent years and now accounts for around 20% of the group's overall activity.

Our organization
Espelia International Group’s team is composed of around twenty consultants with complementary skills and experience to ensure an optimal combination of knowledge, expertise and experience feedback as well as an ability to innovate and bring new perspectives.
This team is organized around:
- An "environment" unit with ICEA, Espelia’s subsidiary, operating in water, sanitation, waste and energy sectors;
- An urban development and mobility unit;
- An Asia office, based in Hanoi, which intervenes in Asia, for all sectoral fields.
The team works closely with Espelia's "France" teams, constituted by around one hundred consultants. They can occasionally support the international team on specific assignments. Support can also be found from Espelia’s Caribbean agency.
The international team regularly collaborates with local and international partners (design and engineering firms, legal and business law firms, audit and accounting firms, etc.), as well as with recognized independent experts.
The team can work in the following languages: French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, and Romanian.
