Preparation Study for The Thành Phố xanh Project (TPx): Urban Development, Green Growth And Climate Resilience In Đông Hà, Vietnam
Context
The TPx project aims to strengthen Dong Ha’s climate resilience through the creation of river embankments, urban drainage, and flood management infrastructure. It also intends to improve urban landscape and services with a focus on low-income areas, adaptation to climate change and the liveability of the city.
Objective
This study develops a comprehensive set of sustainable and integrated infrastructure investment projects, in line with the vision for Green Cities Project. The study is delivered in two stages, with the first stage being a Pre-Feasibility Study, and the second stage consisting in the preparation of a Feasibility Study and Preliminary Engineering Designs.
