Capacity building

Within the Espelia group, there are 30 consultants with complementary expertise who support national and local public authorities. Experts in the management of public services, our consultants have an excellent knowledge of the needs of public authorities and contracting authorities in terms of capacity building, both in terms of the general functioning of public organizations (governance, organization, organizational skills, finance and accounting, HR, taxation, etc.) and at the level of each of their sectors of intervention (urban development, waste management, water and sanitation, mobility, etc.). Our team includes economists, financial experts, institutional experts, urban planners, engineers and lawyers, all of whom are experienced in co-construction techniques and participatory approaches.

Espelia's added value in capacity building missions is therefore based on several key points:
