A "toolbox" for reforming paratransit

On behalf of the French Development Agency (AFD) and in the framework of the MobiliseYourCity partnership, Espelia has produced, in collaboration with CODATU, two publications on the inclusion of paratransit in Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans: a methodological guide for carrying out diagnoses on this sector, and a toolbox of 50 practical measures to help local and national governments to reform the sector.
